For over 25 years, SERESPRO has been a major player in mental health services and psychology in Quebec. Active membership with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ).
Possession of all necessary accreditations for clinical practice and psychological assessments in Quebec.
Training or experience in recognized therapeutic approaches: CBT, humanistic, systemic, integrative, mindfulness, relaxation, and other validated methods.
Ability to conduct comprehensive and specialized psychological assessments (IQ, executive functions, memory, ADHD, learning disorders, ASD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders).
Experience in managing a wide range of clinical conditions: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, post-traumatic stress, sleep disorders.
Capacity to provide tailored therapeutic interventions based on each patient’s age, needs, and clinical profile.
Active listening and empathy towards patients and families.
Ability to build trust and create a safe, supportive environment for therapy and assessment.
Strong aptitude for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, including colleagues, administrative staff, and healthcare partners.
Ability to manage schedules and patient records efficiently, supported by administrative staff.
Organizational rigor in preparing, conducting, and following up on psychological assessments.
